We offer second-hand products in our online store. These products are not produced or manufactured by us, but resold in our store, and are therefore not subject to VAT.

Once we have received your order, you will receive confirmation by email to the address you have registered.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and a separate email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
Shipping generally takes between 3 and 5 working days in France or Europe, around 8 working days for the rest of the world. To track your shipment, please use the tracking number provided.
If your order has not left our site and you have not yet received a tracking number, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee immediate cancellation if you have already received a tracking number for your order. We will always try to accommodate your needs, and help you return your package for a full refund.
Yes, your parcel is insured against loss, theft and damage until it arrives at the specified delivery address and has been signed for against delivery.
We prefer express delivery for all orders. Price may vary in accordance with the good, weight and destination.
Do you live outside the EU? Local duties and import taxes may apply.
The cost of duties and taxes depends on the delivery address provided. The items offered on are shipped from within the EU. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address, as we require your signature on delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer full refunds if an item is returned postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, with the original labels and packaging. Before returning an item, please contact us by e-mail, indicating your return number.

SELL YOUR BAG, JEWELRY, LEATHER GOODS
We accept bags from the following designers: Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Moynat... We take care of the entire sales process.
We welcome all bag submissions, but we don't accept counterfeits or fakes! We'll be happy to let you know if the bag you've submitted turns out to be a fake.
We offer either an outright purchase or a sale on consignment.
Fill in the online questionnaire. You'll receive a price recommendation, but you're also free to choose your own price. We'll then organize a collect at your convenience for your handbag, and take care of everything else.
Don't worry: As a seller, you don't have to pay any shipping costs. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label, and we'll also take care of any shipping or return costs once your bag has been sold. However, as we offer worldwide delivery, we add €50 to the agreed selling price.
No. With every product upload, we strive to market each bag according to its individual needs and as quickly as possible. Occasionally, we may list products on third-party platforms such as Vestiaire Collective, Rebelle or others - there's no need to do this yourself, as it can significantly disrupt the sales process
Although it can be difficult to wait, please allow us at least 4 weeks to find the ideal new owner for your bag(s). If you need to sell your product particularly quickly, we advise you to contact our team.
We offer a 14-day return policy and only transfer your payment after the buyer's return period has expired. For international orders outside the EU, please allow up to 5 days for shipping. In addition, payment processing may take several working days, depending on your bank.
